• An accurate estimate will allways by definition be an estimate as it sometimes involve a lot of calculations, the labor cost rate and the execution time are different for different operations. For this reasons, we don't make so called "instant-estimates" over the phone. If somebody pretend that he/she can make such thing in an accurate manner, well ... this is just wrong.

• One more thing: we prefer to direct your estimate request to the right person, not to somebody who is not qualified.

Commercial, office and retail services:

We will cause no problems with your employees or customers. They will not complain about noise, because we work overnight or during weekends so as to cause absolutely zero disruption during business hours. That's why this package is called "The Invisible Painter / Handyman / Cleaner".


Residential services:

We work in a way that suits you, whether that is in the evenings, weekends or during normal working hours. At the end of each shift we clean up our equipment and become 'invisible' – allowing you to use and enjoy your home whilst the works are completed.

What we DON′T do

Whether you are a commercial retailer, leisure business, or owner of a large residential home, you can find that many painting and decorating businesses in London do the work around what is convenient for them rather than what is best for you.

They work their hours, not what causes you minimum disruption. They leave everything ready for the next day, rather than leaving no evidence of having been there. And they treat the timetable as a guideline rather than a deadline.

Well, we don′t! Instead, this is what we DO:

Here at Smart Services 4 All, we are very customer sensitive. Whether it's during business hours or after closing, we will work efficiently and always leave you "business ready". That means leaving you without any problems associated with noise, dust, disarray, or any general disorder.

Our employees know they have to be "invisible" at your business or home - even if we work during the opening hours - to maintain our reputation and retain you as a client. This means they keep to themselves, no radios or cell phones, and polite communication only when needed, with no unnecessary small talk. Management, your employees or your family will never feel like they have been "invaded" when we come to work!

Our team has been with us for years, not days or months. They know that when they enter your office, shop or house it is a privilege and should be taken that way. We use "Smart Job Management", where a working plan is put together in advance so you know when, where and how the process go on.

For large jobs, we supply our clients with a detailed contract stating our scope of work, what will be done, where it will be done, what materials are going to be used and when we will finish the job. Everything is spelled out so there isn't any confusion.

We take great pride in our ability to organize jobs, keep them organized, and complete them on time in an efficient manner. Our office and field personnel work as a team to organize, coordinate, and produce a finished product without any delays or downtime.
